This appointment is for the COVID-19 Vaccine. 

When the system displays "We couldn't find any times close to your selections. Please try again a different day or time.", it is because we are fully booked at that time. Please check back again for future availability. As with most healthcare providers, we are operating with limited staffing resources, and we are not able to add you on to the already full schedule. Our capacity is our capacity. Please do not call, text, or email to ask if you can be added on. We are unable to accommodate these requests while still safely providing pharmacy services. We appreciate your understanding and your cooperation. 

Kaiser patients must go to Kaiser for their vaccines unless they want to self-pay. 
We are not in network for Tri-Care (military benefits). 

Choose ONLY MY CHILDREN OR DEPENDENTS to Schedule a COVID vaccine for your child if the parent/guardian is not also getting a vaccine at this appointment. Enter your (parent info) first, then click Add a person to this appointment to add your child and their info. 

If the child has the same insurance as the parent, choose "Use Same Insurance" when prompted. If the child has different insurance (i.e. Medi-Cal), please un-check that box and enter the child's Medi-Cal number when prompted. 

For patients receiving Pfizer 5 to 11 years old:
Pfizer for patients less than 12 years old is no longer available at Pucci's Pharmacy.

For patients receiving Pfizer 12 years or older:
Single Dose of Comirnaty (Pfizer-BioNTech) COVID-19 2023-24 vaccine for ages 12 years or older recommended, regardless of previous vaccination status, at least 8 weeks after receipt of the most recent dose of any COVID vaccine. 

Effective 3/1/24, CDC has approved an additional dose of COVID vaccine for persons over 65 years old. 

For ages less than 65, note that only the single dose currently recommended is approved at this time except for those patients who were previously unvaccinated and are also immune compromised. 

For patients receiving Moderna ages 6 months to 11 years old:
For those previously vaccinated with any number of COVID-19 vaccines: Single Dose of Moderna COVID-19 2023-24 vaccine for 6 months-11 year olds recommended, at least 8 weeks after receipt of the most recent dose of any COVID vaccine.

For those previously unvaccinated ages 6 months-4 years: Two Dose Series of Moderna COVID-19 2023-24 vaccine for 6 months-11 year olds recommended, with 4 to 8 weeks between the two doses

For patients receiving Moderna 12 years or older:
Single Dose of Spikevax (Moderna) COVID-19 2023-24 vaccine for ages 12 years or older recommended, regardless of previous vaccination status, at least 8 weeks after receipt of the most recent dose of any COVID vaccine.
